We wrote this riddle for you O' Captain our Captain:
Riddle me this,
and riddle me that
I'm delicious,
but low in fat.
the sun may shine
and the rain may flow
but i won't grow
when the boron's low
I'm kinda cute,
but not a fruit.
Now mind your boot
or you'll squash this root!
If you're looking for me
I'll be in the dirt.
But if i'm not there
I'm on a pink shirt.
We're Rooting for you Johnny!

For those of you who don't know Johnny, he is a friend of ours who is in the hospital right now. He also happens to be the head of the New Brunswick Turnip Grower's Association (NBTGA). The pink NBTGA shirt Luke is sporting in the picture was a gift from Johnny.

Another special NB farmer(Sandy McCONNACHIE)brought a turnip to our wedding in Cambridge NB because he knew how much I liked turnips...gotta loe those Maritimers...wendy
